Here at Deluxe Details Nw Ltd, we’ve started from scratch and worked our way up to give our customers the best experience. From booking right through to leaving a review, we strive for customer satisfaction. The results speak for themselves, and in return, we ask you to respect our terms, policies, and staff.
1. Mobile Service Requirements: We are a mobile service, serving customers at their home address or place of work. All we require is a plug socket for our extension lead. For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot work on any vehicle on a main road, heavily used highway, pay and display areas, or multi-story car parks.
2. Deposit Policy: A deposit may be requested upon booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are to be paid directly to Deluxe Details via bank transfer only. The amount may vary depending on your location, package, or work to be completed.
3. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation by the client. However, if we need to cancel or rearrange your booking due to incidents beyond our control, such as traffic or weather, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
4. Disclosure of Vehicle Condition: If your vehicle has paint issues, mud, pet hair, mold, vomit, or blood, please send photos before booking to receive an accurate estimate. We reserve the right to refuse work on heavily soiled vehicles not disclosed at booking.
Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer
5. Deluxe Details will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to a vehicle, including but not limited to bubbling paint, rust, scratches, or other imperfections. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known or visible damage prior to the commencement of services. Any damage that may worsen due to our cleaning or detailing processes, because of its pre-existing nature, is solely the responsibility of the vehicle owner. By booking with Deluxe Details, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from such conditions.
Customer Responsibility for Pre-Existing Condition
6. By booking with Deluxe Details, the customer acknowledges that they are aware of the vehicle’s current condition. Any pre-existing damage or imperfections not disclosed or unknown to Deluxe Details prior to service are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Deluxe Details shall not be held liable for any issues that become more apparent as a result of the cleaning or detailing process.
When you book with us, you are asked to read these terms and conditions. Agreement to our terms is implied through your booking. Missed bookings result in missed wages, and we reserve the right to take legal action if payment is not made in full.
